EOS Epic Adventures is an independent travel consulting and planning service. We act as an agent on your behalf to arrange travel services including but not limited to flights, hotel accommodations, cruises, tours, transfers, and travel insurance through third-party suppliers and vendors.
We do not own or operate any airlines, hotels, cruise lines, or tour operators, and are not responsible for the actions, errors, omissions, or negligence of any such third-party suppliers.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the relevant travel supplier. A booking is not confirmed until full deposit or payment has been received and a written confirmation has been issued by EOS Epic Adventures.
Payment schedules, deposit amounts, and final payment deadlines vary by supplier and will be communicated to you at the time of booking. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in automatic cancellation of your reservation.
Prices quoted are subject to change until full payment is received and confirmed. Price increases after deposit due to fuel surcharges, currency fluctuations, or supplier changes may be passed on to the traveler.
Cancellation policies vary by supplier, destination, and travel type. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to EOS Epic Adventures. We will communicate the applicable supplier cancellation terms and any penalties at the time of booking and upon request.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellation costs.
EOS Epic Adventures strongly recommends that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical emergencies, evacuation, and baggage loss. We can provide information about available insurance options upon request.
Declining travel insurance is done at your own risk. EOS Epic Adventures assumes no financial responsibility for losses that could have been covered by travel insurance.
It is the sole responsibility of each traveler to ensure they hold a valid passport and any required visas or entry documentation for all countries visited. Passport validity requirements vary by destination — many countries require your passport to be valid for at least six months beyond your return date.
EOS Epic Adventures will provide general guidance on entry requirements where known, but this information may change and travelers are responsible for verifying current requirements with the relevant embassies and official government sources.
We are not responsible for any costs, losses, or consequences arising from a traveler's failure to obtain required documentation.
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they meet all health requirements for their chosen destination, including recommended or required vaccinations. Please consult your physician and review advisories from the CDC, WHO, and relevant government travel authorities before departure.
EOS Epic Adventures is not responsible for any health-related incidents occurring during travel, and recommends travelers maintain adequate health and medical evacuation insurance.
EOS Epic Adventures acts solely as an agent for third-party travel suppliers. We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity that may be caused by the actions or omissions of any airline, hotel, cruise line, tour operator, or other travel supplier.
In the event of supplier failure, insolvency, or cancellation beyond our control, we will make reasonable efforts to assist in securing alternative arrangements. However, our maximum liability shall not exceed the total fees paid to EOS Epic Adventures for the affected booking.
We are not responsible for losses or additional expenses caused by weather, acts of nature, force majeure events, strikes, government actions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Travel itineraries may be subject to change due to supplier schedules, availability, weather, or other conditions. We will notify you of any significant changes as soon as we are informed. While we will make reasonable efforts to find equivalent alternatives, we cannot guarantee identical substitutions and are not liable for costs arising from itinerary changes made by suppliers.
We make every effort to ensure pricing and information presented on our website and in our communications is accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any booking made at an incorrect price and provide a full refund of any amounts paid. We are not obligated to honor bookings made under an erroneous price.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Florida.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
